You may schedule an appointment using the online scheduler below. Please be sure to scroll down to complete the entire Intake Form when scheduling. Once an appointment has been scheduled, owners can easily cancel/reschedule as needed (more information regarding this is included in the confirmation email). Senior citizens (65+) receive a 10% discount off their total fee if they schedule an appointment on a weekday by 4pm.
When scheduling an In-Home Senior or Mature Pet Care Visit, all of the needed services (e.g. bloodwork, vaccines, nail trims, anal glands) for your pet can be selected on that particular appointment type’s Intake Form. The service fees are also shown. We offer all common testing for your pet and utilize a reputable veterinary diagnostic laboratory and will email you a visit summary report and testing results when available (typically 1-2 days).
You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment after completing the two-step online scheduling form. It takes 1 to 2 weeks to receive ashes back directly from Trusted Journey pet crematorium in Anoka.

Full payment is due at the beginning of the appointment. Cash, check (payable to “Private Pet Passing) or credit card are accepted. Our service area is determined by Google maps driving distance from your address to Plymouth, MN. (Google uses City Hall location.) We will travel, at no extra charge, the one-way distance of up to 30 miles. Beyond that, to a maximum of 50 miles, we charge $6 per mile, one-way, for any miles over 30. Please note, we can provide a complimentary paw print at the time of the visit. If desired, this is captured on the intake form.
